B: You choose from THE 300

300+ pre-developed plans by Bespoke Architecture, Christchurch, offer a wide variety of options from small to large, single to 2 storey houses. Ready for BC within 10 business days (avg). Minor changes are possible. Build prices vary by type and location.

C: You commission us to develop your very own unique custom design with our Architect Hamish Whyte from ET AL Architecture.

The rest is mostly the same, we take the stress out of building for you: 

1. you already own a section, if not we can offer you a few select ones as part of a house and land package.
2.  We agree on a build price with your selection of cladding and finishes like kitchen joinery, tiling, carpets, etc
3. We apply for you for building consent
4. When BC is issued we will build the house for you. Payment claims are staggered throughout the building process and typically coincide with stages achieved. For instance: Plans approved, BC issued, Foundation and slab down, roof on, cladding on, Plasterboard on, paint finish and so on.
5. You move into your new home.
